These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Design Elementary website, programs, curriculum, educational resources, products, services, workshops, camps, courses, school partnerships, and other offerings provided by Design Elementary™ ("Design Elementary," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Services").

Unless expressly permitted in writing, you may use Design Elementary materials only for the specific personal, educational, organizational, or licensed purpose for which they were provided.
For schools and organizations with a curriculum or program license, use of our materials is limited to the terms of the applicable license or partnership agreement.
3. Curriculum and Educational Resources
Design Elementary may provide curriculum, lesson plans, activities, workbooks, guides, digital resources, and other educational materials to parents, educators, schools, and organizations.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, these materials are provided for educational use only.
Educators and organizations may not distribute, reproduce, upload, sell, publish, or otherwise make Design Elementary curriculum or resources available outside the authorized users or locations covered by their purchase or license.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Design Elementary curriculum may result in termination of access and/or other legal action.
4. User Content
Certain Design Elementary Services may allow users to submit content, including comments, feedback, photographs, artwork, projects, testimonials, questions, or other materials ("User Content").
You retain ownership of the User Content you create and submit.
By submitting User Content, you grant Design Elementary a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and share that User Content for purposes related to operating, promoting, improving, or communicating about our Services, to the extent permitted by law and subject to any applicable consent or release requirements.
